GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services is located in the lobby of the Delbridge Museum. It is open every day. Services include first aid, the reuniting of separated/lost individuals, our lost and found department; as well as information on zoo & museum memberships, donations, seasonal shows/events, etc.
TELEPHONES
There is a guest telephone located in the lobby of the Delbridge Museum.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located in the lobby of the Delbridge Museum and in the Maasai Market. Seasonal restrooms are located near the Children’s Zoo.
GIFT SHOP
There is a gift shop located at the Great Plains Zoo & Delbridge Museum. The Zootopia Gift Shop can be found near the entrance of the Delbridge Museum, (605) 367-8313, ext 27.
CHILD STROLLERS
(seasonal/outdoors use only)
Strollers are available in the Stroller Corral between the Flamingo Aviary and the Asian Cat Habitat. Donations accepted.
WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available at no charge from Guest Services on a first come first serve basis. Photo I.D. required.
REFRESHMENTS
(seasonal)
The Maasai Market is open daily Memorial Day to Labor Day from 11am until 6pm.
