Along with stopping by the Zoo to register for events, the Great Plains Zoo utilizes Paypal and the event registration site Mollyguard to collect registrations online. There are no fees inquired by the buyer for any transaction made through this service. Please see below for more information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Paypal Account? No. You do NOT need a PayPal account to complete any event registration purchase made through our site.
Will I receive a receipt or paper ticket? Not always. For most events, when you register and pay through Mollyguard, your name is added to a will call list with your purchase information. This information is then checked from a list at the door before the event.
If no ticket or reciept, why do I have to supply a shipping address? For some events, we will send out a reminder card or event update prior to the event. In these cases, the shipping address you provide at the time of checkout is the address we will send these items to.

Mollyguard Information

Mollyguard allows to quick and effortless way to collect event registration fees online. Payments are accepted from credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or a bank account directly through PayPal.

Why is there no SSL protection for my Mollyguard Account? Financial transactions and entry of sensitive financial data is performed by PayPal on their secure site. Mollyguard collects and displays non-sensitive data, and any commands with in Mollyguard cannot result in any type of funds movement or otherwise¹.

Transactions are processed by PayPal. PayPal credit card processing services are independent of Mollyguard events.

Members can instantly send money to anyone with an email address. Recipients are notified by email that they have received a payment.
